Before your first meeting

Does the Help work offline?

Yes. The app includes all nine languages, images, workflow video and subtitles. Open Help on Mac or the Help button on iPhone/iPad.

How do I continue a meeting on another device?

Use the same iCloud account and enable meeting sync in Settings → iCloud & Storage on each device. Text and recording files transfer separately; a visible meeting does not mean its audio is ready. Recordings download when played. Check pending uploads on the source device.

Can every PDF citation jump to a source?

Source links require the corresponding transcript to be included in a combined export. Available source bindings determine which links are included. Resolved citations remain clickable even when paragraph source numbers are hidden.

Does the iPhone/iPad app record other apps’ audio?

The iPhone/iPad release records microphone audio and transcribes imported files. System-audio capture and desktop floating subtitles are Mac features.
